At about 60mph I get a vibration through the steering wheel.
It shakes back and forth slightly about 5 times then about a 2-3 second gap then does it again?
Would it be the wheels need balancing, because normally if they do they shake constantly?

I wud think if it was the wheels need balancing it wud do it constantly. It couldnt be that they need alligned either. Cud be the cause of a bubble although its strange the way it stops for a while. Lift ur car up on a jack and spin the wheels while looking at them and checking for bubbles
