hi all ive got a 1.4 sport and am in progress of fitting the Dbilas upper inlet manifold just a few questions

What have people done with the accelerator cable as its to long now the throttle body has been relocated ?

also its all wired up and plumbed in the car will run but its making a loud whistling noise (could it be an air leak) and it will run for a while then cut out ?

any ideas people all help apreciated?
