Does any boddy no were i can get shox * springs fitted with out paying upto £100, or is that the going price these days?

do it your self.. get someone to give you a hand who knows what they are doing. i had help from a cousin and i did the rears my self practicaly. Got my fronts to do and i reckon they will be easier

Rekun im guna to be honest the rear are ment to be the hardest so ill give it ago i rekun no harm in trying, cheers mate

Fronts aint hard but they are harder to do than the rears plus you need to get tracking setup afterwards.

pdwhelan ta for that thread is much clearer then the manuel iv got hold of thanks again will update once done them guna av a go on sunday got a freind whos nos abit so grab him into help,

guna get the tracking chercked at a local quick fit only a tenner to check as no the lad, the best bit being a specialist at halfords meet alot of people in the trade

its normally free to check and around £20 to adjust(and it will need adjusting)

you are a specialist in halfords and canf fit suspension

well you must know a bit about using spanners then, give it a go, its probably the easiest car to fit suspension onto.
