They're all nice but 2nd one from the bottom is my favourite, 2nd one from the top is nice too

Top two were my favs. The top one is amazing in real life, pics dont do it justice.
My mum likes the bottom one most for some reason, not to my taste though TBH.

TBH I never done the virtual tour on the bottom one, I'm having problems with my laptop so I've not seen it inside 
*edit* I've just taken a tour................still prefer the other 2

she wants something that isnt so complete like the others, as wants to put her own mark on the place.
The bottom one would allow this as needs some work doing it it, and all the outside needs re doing as no garage, stables are all a mess, tennis court a mess, etc.

no, my mum loved the house (she prefers old barns like that) but that made it a no go straight away. Was a little too far away from where she wants aswell, but she would of handled that.
They have looked at a few other places that need a lot more work - proper barns, smaller houses on land that need knocking down and new house building, plots of land, etc. but they have all ended up with planning being refused.

5th one is probably my fav, followed by the 1 and 3, typical country home 
Though its a lot of cash especially for something up in wigan, can get country houses on the outskirts of london for similar money to that.

It not really anywhere near Wigan TBH, but those are the prices around here no matter where abouts you go int he north west.
Probably pay a premium so we arent surrounded by southeners too I expect.

Very nice, I like the bottom one from the outside not done the tour.
I would like the idea of a pool but would probs never use it tbh.
They are pretty nice though
Should move somewhere near blundelsands way closer to anfield

Im trying to persuade them to move more towards Freshfields and that way. The huse next door to Gerrard has been up for sale for a while now!
Thats their thinking with a pool. A gym would get used, but a pool really wouldnt that much. Would rather a tennis court for 5 a side/basketball!
