ive been told that ppl are getting this done so that copy games can be used, takes me back to the days of the ps1

i would of thought they would of prevented this with todays technology! but they always find away..

same here really. Not sure what I'd do without it.

It's cool to be able to chat with friends whilst you're playing your games.

I couldnt be bothered with potentially ruining my Xbox Live.

At the end of the day I always was of the opinion that getting a console chipped is for skanky poor people that live on council estates and cant afford real games. IMO of course.

to be fair the demand for 'backup' games is huge, my mate chips them (well think he just flashes the BIOS using an ethernet link or something) qhite a few he has done and always people asking for it.

Not sure about live, but doesnt seem to bother a lot of people.

Only thing I ever dabled in was the PS1 and that was when I was astudent and to poor to pay £40 a game , sold that with genuine game and about 120 'backups'

They cant be chipped yet only flashed. You can still use the flashed ones on live they dont know when microsoft will cut them off tho. and probably by then they will have found away around it.

£40 a game compaired to £3 and you can get them before release. I know what id be doing
