Ah yeah cheers for the pic Daniel i really like that idea, i have a spare basket so i shall be giving that a try.
As i dont have any machines to use for polishing it shall all have to be done by hand, do i spray first then mask & polish or would i polish the spokes then mask & spray? lol guessing it would be the second option

Not sure TBH which way it would be best, I think I would paint then polish, mask the inside of the spokes up as best you can, use some fine line tape along the front edge then polish away!

Daniel, i've had a go on the spare basket and im not 100% on it yet i've also tried a few colours and im leaning towards finishing them all in a silver with a gold pearl .. just need to find some time in the daylight to fit a wheel and see what works with the current theme of the car.

Mark, yep snow was quite bad .. was out in it at 7 this morning making my way over to wollaston interesting to say the least. cars were abandoned everywhere, work was eventually called off when the boss ended up stuck in the snow so i spent the rest of the morning out with the camera
Firestate, thanks matey.. the wheels will hopefully be finished soon but im taking my time while the winter months are still here, yeah tis a good idea & im sure mark would be up for it there is a few of us local around northampton kettering area now so it could be a good idea to get a few of us out, i know Maberz is wanting a few photos sorting

I have been lacking with updates etc. so heres a quick one of the wheels
Decided i'd go for the gold/silver pearl option, the colour is Land Rover White Gold, it looks a nice subtle green/gold but when the sun hits it it lights up with the silver pearl.. could be a marmite colour & i havent been able to offer a painted wheel up to the car as of yet so this may work .. or it may not

this weekends job will be to spend a few hours building all 4 wheels up
