I'd be fucking annoyed if my 1.4 made 103bhp when the 1.2s were making 90-95

Rollers seem very optimistic on all the cars. 95 brake from a near standard 1.2!

Once the ECU does what now?!
So let me get this straight, he starts with 137bhp (rounding it up as I'm in a generous mood), once the MAF had been reset he now has 150bhp, get's it "remapped" and it's now hitting out 203bhp (which will rise to 215bhp) and he did this with the same induction, no throttle bodies, no uprated inlet, no nitrous, no forced induction?
And I'm suppsoe to believe that?!

Jules - its a 1.8t engine. It is possible from a remap and boost increase.

Some of the shit he is saying is wank though

i think thats maybe reffering to folk saying ECU's can 'learn'... i.e unplugging the ECU, or disconecting the bat clears the ECU.

What time of year did you get yours done? I would imagine the weather makes a difference as well, its been cold today so should be more bhp in the air

That is quite amusing...but then again what are they supposed to believe? If they don't have a great deal of knowledge about engines and an 'expert' is telling them this...then they're bound to be believe what he says..
