how many leds will i need to make all the lights on the dash blue? thanks

you need
3 lights for the main speedo/rev clocks
2 for the MFD
3 for the heater panel
1 in the headlight switch
2 in the rear fog switch
2 in the front fog switch (if you have them)
1 in the headlight alignment switch
3 for the electric window switches (if you have them)
