Home owner outright

Bought for £205k in Jan 2005, now worth something like £225k. Hoping for it to be somewhere around the £235k mark when I sell up in a years time as doing alot of work in the area around me to improve it.

aye is excellent where it is, not really within 100m of any proper roads so is fairly quiet. Only problem is I dont have a parking space which is annoying as have to get a train to the parents to get my car if I ever need it...hopefully found a neighbours space in the apartments to rent though so should have it here soon!

mine's a bit confusing

chose my flat and dad bought it in my name in Dec 2003
lived in it for just over 2 years....

Me and Adam then bought it off my dad in March 2006

So I've lived there for almost 3 years....but only owned it for about 7 months
