are all 2,0 8v cams the same (ne/se/seh)
i have a 20se out of a carlton that needs a new cam and want to know if one from an ne or seh would fit it and run without any other changes

The SEH cam is the one you want if you want some more power. It's out of the Cav SRi and will give your engine 130bhp.

is there not pockets cut in the pistons on an seh for longer valve duration.
though i would need to change more than the cam for 130 ponies

Aren't they something like 120bhp anyway? Have a search on here as this has been discussed before...
