coolant pipes are the same, so wont make no difference really, just take the old pipe to vauxhall & they will match it up (just say its a corsa with a 2ltr lump)

GSi rad is plenty good enough for the 2ltr!

Waterpump will also mean a new cambelt, couple of hours to do

The pump itself is only about £35quid to buy new but its a biggish job to fit.

you need to remove:
Cam belt
Cam cover
Cam pulleys
Cam belt tensioner and idler rollers
Crank sproket
Cam belt back plate.

The water pump is behind that little lot and then only needs three bolts taking out to remove it.

I've got a 20XE, think the design is different. Same as clutches cost about £60 and i had to pay £90 odd, and same as the C20XE pullie cover doesn't fit the 20XE.

Well, im going to be fitting some. Reduces the exhaust temperature so much that you can actually touch the exhaust heatshield!!!!!!

Not chepa though, you will need around 50 metres worth which comes to about £70+.

Still, my engine runs too hot due to the bonnet so a worthwhile investment.

I've insulated my stainless steel manifold on my 20xe and it gives you greater throttle response and keeps all the heat in. It also quietens the exhaust and is perfect if you've got an induction kit.
I've got some exhaust wrap from www.thermallogic.co.uk. I got 2"x50ft. It was about £50 including vat. The subaru WRC team use the same stuff on the rally cars. Its well worth doing
