almost_me you claim to own an Ignis. That is clearly a fabrication. Leon Steve is a fool and SXI is the most stupid person I have ever seen on a forum.

Anyway, this thread has gone a bit off topic. To clarify, some clueless and braindead Corsa fanboys say that because their poor cars have poor engines, the Twin-Cam Vvt 16v engine in the Ignis Sport couldn't possibly be remapped to the values clearly seen in multiple dyno printouts. The Corsa owners were wrong. End of.

I challenge you (around the track of your choice, I am happy to travel) a race. fastest lap wins.

Dyno printouts are based on calculations, some of parts of which such as transmission losses are guessed in order to attempt to ascertain the power available at the engine as opposed to the wheels.

I'm also unclear whether you are doing a run, then doing the mod, then doing another run?

Those graphs are for a load of different cars aren't they?

ps. I'm up for a race. I'll go for top end.

the graphs are all for the same model of car ignis sport, and they all have different mods but nothing to the extent of cams/pistons. Just induction, and exhaust mods.

With an initial run of 106hp, things weren't looking good for me. With a repositioned cooling fan and ECU remapped brought me to 115bhp. What else could be wrong? Whoopsey... the terminal on the positive side of the battery is loose.... there we go!
so after he tightened the terminal it took his bhp up to 130.9bhp
