i dont think you need an egr blank for the lexmaul as it keeps the throttle body in the original position

Yeah but i have a C16xe and they dont have a EGR system.

Im putting on the X16xe lower inlet which will have EGR system. I need to block it off.

Can i get a blanking plate from vauxhall or do i need to get one made up?

Not sure not seen these blanking pates from vaux. They look like a thin plate sesigned to be used with the egr valve.

You dont have one so just make one from some 3-4mm alu sheet

you can buy them from vauxhall, but they have to come from germany, and take ages.
