* are regrinds just as good as new cut from blanks?
*what profile is recommended, for a mechanically standard c16xe running a mantzel?
anything else needed with them?..
i guess verniers are pointless,as with uprated springs and valves are pointless...
rough prices?

uprated springs and valves arent pointless, heavier duty or double springs are there to stop valve bounce on higher revving engines, so a must on a tuned engine i say, and veniers are needed to set up non standard cams to get the most out of them.

i ran standard springs and stuff on a set of 288 degree cams running 9000rpm and they didnt bounce........... verniers are a must with any uprated cams to dial them in properly
