Keeps rubbing on the tensioner bolt

i've done it so it sits flush but still makes a wering noise.

any help appreciated.

how does the crank pulley come anywhere near the tensioner?

and Ive got some pulleys if you still need them?

sorted it, the tensioner was the wrong one, was wider.

sorted that and got it timed and back together and now sounds like a f*cking taxi

i'm i right in thinking it may be a tooth out.

i turned it over by hande twice and the cams and crank where all aligned.

will sound rough if timings out. how long has the head been off? might take a bit of time to get the oil up to the head etc...

head was off for a month or so

guessing it's the timing as the first time it was timed i had the crank pully sound and the rest was fine, then sorted the tensioner out now this

so will check the timing tomorrow and hopefully it's out coz if it is not then i'm stuck

how long to leave it running you think if the timings out?
