I can confirm I've seen one, was that dark green colour, had a non standard GSi spoiler on it with brakelight in it on the M25 heading towards Bromley. Rach saw it also.

vauxhall did not factory make a 1.2 8v SXi, a dealer can whack any bodykit or whatever on a car but the fact remains vauxhall did not produce a 1.2 8v sxi

Thankyou. As said, after all that abuse i got from you lot too.

You all wonder why i argued when i knew i was right (argue until proven wrong, that is, unless your a sheep and follow the crowd, no names mentioned... )

Steve, i said i saw it, didn't know if it as a VX made or a dealer special.. You lot made that assumption for me, or have you forgotten?

you said you saw a 1.2 8v SXi, you were wrong there is no such thing as a 1.2 8v SXi, merely badged up merits or whatever
if i stuck a cupra R badge on my car does that make it a cupra r?

what would be interesting to note is are these so called SXis registered as SXI's or even have to be insured as an SXI

Yes, a badged up merit with a spoiler, green tinted glass and a rev counter, a dealer special.

Now if I told you I saw a Corsa Kenwood would you lot believe me? No because outside of Reading I have never seen one, thats because they were only sold at one branch of Vauxhalls in Reading.

No, they are star silver, 1.4 8v have fox alloys, all of them are S-reg colour coded, Kenwood 6*9's & stereo and a red kinda Kenwood squiggle on the rear quarters.

Yes I was about to say the same thing, only really a true reflection if the same driver is driving all of the cars.

Time to the second i guess. Average speed would be just worked out on distance and time, hence if they are timed to the second they get the same speed too.

Rob, will try to get you the web site. This information has been given to me fomr one of the VXR owners (one of the big guns on the site) so will let you know. I've asked him for the link.

I think there is a video on google of a VXR/OPC doing Hamburger ring, can't give you the link as google vids are banned at work
