brake pedal on my corsa is really sloppy....dead soft

it has brand new 2.0 litre pads/discs/calipers

been bled countless times

fluid is new and topped up

what else could it be.....

are you using the hoses from the 1.2/1.4/1.6? this might be the cause i think

braided hoses might/will make a difference

You will get more pedal travel as the pistons in the calipers are bigger, but once this travel has gone, the brakes are good or not?

Your 2 litre calipers are on correctly i assume, the bleed nipple at the top, plus you bled the rears as well?

You will get more travel before the brakes really kick in compared to a standard set up due to the servo size iirc.

I have turbo brakes and long pedal travel, then brakes are mint. I presumed this was normal.

and yes there set up right and have all been bled etc

bled using a pipe and jam jar?

if so get a gunsons bleeding kit. soooo much better and easier

pressure bleed them...its almost definatly a fluid problem..
get sum1 to apply pressure to the pedal then bleed in order of nsr,osr,nsf,osf....
if this fails then possibly master cylinder failure!!!
