thinking about buying a set of these with drilled and grooved discs but i've just been told by someone that they lag... wats the deal with this? is it a big issue or not

sam

on most set ups they stop well, but have a very spongy feeling, which doest inspire much confindence in fast road use

this was not the case when i had them on my 1.4 16v, but as sonn as i re routed the brake servo pipe onto the standard inlet they became spongy, so i moved to ATE 256mm set up, as that will allow me to run 14's if needed
