little rolling road day today at jamsport for the vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk, total vauxhall came down with a vectra vxr estate.

managed to squeeze my car on the rollers, 190bhp and 137lbft torque.... getting there now lol! wonder how long it will last......

137lb/ft is very good Tim, when it was first mapped, when mine was rollered down there, i made more torque with the lexmaul, but now, marks got much more than me

and i still reckon its hiding a few horses somewhere

was waiting for someone to make that comment. 137 is very good torque, comes with messing with cam timing and lots of mapping i assume.

before anyone says it the rollers were accurate. my misses standard 1.3 fiesta pulled standard power two days back, and today the vxr dougie brought up had 1bhp less than book figure. works for me, torque was spot on for that too

Didnt work to well, when i saw a rover turbo on it, had to do it several times to get a correct reading

*edit* perk of the job says i had about 3-4 runs all within 2-3bhp of each other. says is pretty spot on.

sorry i think the rollers are wrong, as they could be so easily, look at how much more andy had done to his 16XE and he was getting just over 200bhp

so many factors can throw rollers, but i cant be arsed to go into it all now

andy ran 214, for a short periode of time andys engine, head wise was the same iirc, bar the diffrent valve spring set up, and obviously the rev limit and cams
