i dont see why 190bhp is an unrealistic figure. just having things like forged pistons, rods etc wont give more power, its the increase in revs they allow i thought.
from what i remember andy's was 9000rpm limit? so thats 500rpm more?

no its a guess, any flywheel readout is not going to be 100% accurate.

Ther is no physically possible way a machine can work out transmission losses using the standard form rolling road methods

ok, lets keep this constructive matt. we have your car in, yes its been back several times, and you have been told that it needs a new speedo cable. then you had imoboliser faults, we told you, you took the car away and then had it brought back, if you didnt want us to do the work then why bring it back?

we have had a key delivered and it was wrong, we dont cut the key we have to send off for it.

so yes working at jamsport is a good thing

the power at the fly wheel isnt measured by the machine muppetsport, the power at the wheels is measured then a drag figure estimated which gives the transmission loss and then the power at the fly wheel

bah, drag factors! what they actully do is have a load of numbered hamsters and they race them. top 3 is your flywheel figure.

not disputing you here dude, but what is the computer and rollers doing when it has the free run down after the power run, i know it needs to be left, if you brake it effects the rolling road figure as there is more resistance in the driving wheels. it uses water to add the resistance etc..... i assume it was a very very educated guess if you want to call it a guess?

*edit*

end of the day what ever figure you post up it still a rolling road print out.

pmsl, no need, the current ones aint near their max flow rate yet.... but 8 injectors means that i should go for a forged bottom end too........ and then aim for over 220bhp lol

But it would be fun. Think of the fire that would come out of the exhaust, and the TB's... It would be really really fast, and then it would go bang bang
