Author can coilovers be rebuilt?

got some spax rsx coilovers that are faulty, apparently they were fitted wrong and this has caused the polished rod to bend, which in turn makes a clunking noise when steering.
could these be sent back to spax to be repaired/rebuilt?

Try calling Spax.

I called them about my adjustables, and they were very helpful.
