how do you remove the lower inlet on the c16xe engine.

am i right in thinking i have to remove the alternater,

y do u need to remove your manifold? i think its quite a hard job, u shouldn't have to remove the alternator just the top mounting and move it back

I don't remember it being an easy job to remove the inlet, although with a bit of persuasion it will come off!

as said you dont need the alternator off you can just tip it back!
