can anyone recommend a product to me that gives good results, if i can track it down i will do it later today

and do i spray it inside the lens or outside?

MHW smoked rears.

TBH mate, never seen spray tinted rear lights that look even half decent, id spend the extra and just get the real deals.

Search for light tinting spray on e-bay, used this on my old car.

need's a hell of a lot of coats to get it that dark, all the lights still shine through properly and i masked off the reflective strip on the light. not bad for £10.
