I've noticed l8ly that my fuel consumption has gone wildly out of control
a journey that would have used a gallon of petrol not long ago is now using somewhere between 1 - 1.5 gallons now. Im not driving any differently from before
I have recently added a calibra leather interior but surely this wouldnt add enough weight to cause this 
any help will be much appreciated

well i've got the same problem mate, though since i've had it its been 25mpg, meant to be 38 - 40.
a) Take it to MOT garage and get it emission checked to rule out engine/sensor failure
b) Check tracking
c) Check Tyres
d) Check Sparkplugs / Oil
e) Check sticking brakes
And finally, I found changing gearbox oil made a noticable difference, though its not in the service book

cheers mate - its recently had all the brakes changed so that can be ruled out

Mine is also useing more fuel. Just serviced it to see if it would make a difference. It has but it is still useing more fuel than it did when i brought it.

I'm getting 250 miles out of a Tank. In the summer I got 350-400.
Cold starts, Heated Rear Screens, Heaters, Lights etc use more fuel. Stereo? Extra Weight?

well i get about 220miles rnd town but went 2 essex + back did 350miles + light cam on.thats wid a modded 2.0xe
