As you can see, the gel coat has cracked on top of the fibreglass here...
Anyone know the best way to go about repairing it. I was thinking just sanding off the gel coat and skimming it with some filler to get it smooth, would anyone say it needs to be strengthened up with some chopped strand matting and resin? There is no damage to the bumper, apart from the cracked gel coat...

just sand it down and reshape, thats what i wud do mate

I wouldnt think it needs skimming, just a rub down.. But who am I to say, im a novice

I was just going to put a half a mm on so I dont get a flat bit on it. The paint work is going to have extra laquer on it, so stuff like this may show up, if your looking really hard
