Stopped working...


Possible/likely cause?

LET + F20 box in a 2000vreg 1.4sport

Most likely the switch that plugs into the gearbox!
Although actually not sure if the same applies on the F20 box?

This has happened to mine aswell.

Completely standard (mechanical wise) 1.2 8v LS.

One fuse in my fuse box blows instantly if you replace it

cable running to front of gearbox as you look into the engine bay, clips into a plastic switch housing

Pretty sure it'll be in the Haynes Manual. Its not hard to find

if its still attached i take it itl be a fuse problem, bulbs arent thatr old so i doubt itl be them

it'll still be attached if its knackered. Only way to find out is to buy a new one and put it in and it should work. About £10 from Vauxhall IIRC

check the wires on your lights at the back, have had my back lights go off before n all they needed was a tap

why would that be a problem willay?

Its worked fine for a year
Corsa boi also has same setup no problems

the reverse light switch is just a spring action type switch. it can still go even if it is still attached...you can even get a non genuine switch from a local motofactors to fit it
