the reverse light switch is just a spring action type switch. it can still go even if it is still attached...you can even get a non genuine switch from a local motofactors to fit it | |

check the wires on your lights at the back, have had my back lights go off before n all they needed was a tap | |

if its still attached i take it itl be a fuse problem, bulbs arent thatr old so i doubt itl be them | |

cable running to front of gearbox as you look into the engine bay, clips into a plastic switch housing | |
