Basically i ain't got a clue what to look for/how much to spend?
I don't need anything insanely good just something to go along with my black Cobra Monaco's  the rest of the car's stripped and ideally i want 3 or 4 point harness.
these any good?

They would be fine, although, I'd got for new ones then you know they are in top condition, not the sort of thing you want to skimp on.
just some 3pt one will be fine.

I've got Sabelt 3 point clubman harnesses, Sparco are re-badged Sabelt harnesses. They unclip behind the seats so that you can tilt the seat forward and allow people to get in the back.

i don't have any friend's so my back seats have gone  i dont need to worry about that sort of stuff mate
