bought a c20xe this morning, 63,000 from new. Are there any parts missing off it? i'm still waiting on my conversion kit so wont be going in yet!

i got it from an engine scrappy. he marks the engines when they come in. it comes off.

dont know, he would only sell altogether so i had to have them? is any off that good to use on a conversion cos i'm having a conversion kit coming so wont need any of it. how much is that worth to sell?

what can i use to clean up the rocker cover as its in need of a good polich cos ome bits are coming off! engine looks in good condition itself, i'll try and get better pics in better light. i dont know much about engines at all so not sure on what else is needed now. what about the air intake part? i know i get a power elbow with my conversion kit but does the pipe come with it?

you may be able to use the discs. do you konw which car this lot came from? Also, you can use the rad from your existing engine.

i agree m8, could be bogging on the outside but good on the inside. will find out when she goes in. what would be the best parts to replace now its out? i've already bought a new waterpump. cambelt looks recent but would need another opinion on it.

The main thing you need is the biggest drum of degreaser/engine cleaner halfords do!!!
