i'm sure it gets done from an access plate, and none of the mounts need to come off.

Didnt you know he is superman? 
TBH i struggle to walk around with an F20 in my arms Lee just picks them up like Lego 
Also i reckon he uses his crane to lift the box to the block not sure as never seen him do it

u can lft them up and onto the engine on ya own, but its handy 2 have sum1 2 start a bolt.

ive just done this and i took the gearbox off aswell isnt too hard just needs abit of fiddling to get back on, the gearbox isnt that heavy at all just abit awkward

U can do it through the access plate on egnies up to 92 with f20 if u got f16 u need to loosen the bell housing bolts engines after 92 have potted flywheel so u have to remove box box's are easy to throw about i can do a clutch in around 1hr if i got remove the gearbox and 25mins if i do it through the access plate

whats wrong with your recipet then??
if its anything like volvo where i work...
it takes him one hour to do the clutch, it means every 15mins he will stop for a 15min tea break
so the total time will be 2hrs
