ive fitted an X16XE engine and gearbox from a 2000 corsa into my 1995 gsi.

i also fitted a set of electronic speedo clocks and a electronic gearbox sender.

(the old gsi clocks were cable driven with the vehicle speed sender in the back of the clocks)

wired the gearbox sender as follows...........
black: ignition switched 12+
brown: vehicle earth
red/blue: to pin d10 on the ecu (red/blue wire)

problem is im getting a fault code for no vehicle speed sender (causing poor idle and stalling when clutch is pressed) and speedo clocks arnt working.

any ideas anyone

haha im getting this one too causes the car to idle and practically stop when i stop at junctions

i fitted the C16XE engine with gsi clocks (out of 93 L reg GSi) with my old cable but their not working for some reason and yeh their plugged up both ends
