them amps arent very powerful when running 4ohms

Something of 300 watts RMS as that what they are rated at so an amp that give that in 2 or 4 ohm dependent on which your sub is!

Both amps would power the W3, just depends on what your impedance is...
don't forget to look at the other brands such as magnat/maystar etc as they offer good power for the money and are backed by a lot of people..
