take off the front bumper, then under the bonnet you have some bolts along the top edge. then on the front corner under where the bumper was theres one (or two?) bolts there, another one under the car at the bottom edge of the wing (furthest end of the sill) and one more just inside where the wingmirror goes, open the door and u should jus b able to get a socket in there. then the wing is stuck on with mastic along the suspension turret.... so yank or cut it then its off!
Other than that, i'd say buy a haynes manual m8 its great for this sorta thing
