Pulled up outside the missus house earlyer tonight took the key out the igniton and the engine was still running Then it cut out after about 30 seconds. Tried to start it again but it really struggled to start. Anyone experienced this. Any ideas on the cause? its a 1.2 8v if thats any use.

maybe carbon build up or the anti dieseling switch

did u hav any thing plugged into the ciggy lighter?

you havent had the hazard switch out and put it back the wrong way, i know this keeps the car running!!!!!

My corsa aint posh enough to have a ciggy lighter Only done it once since and have been out in it loads today

nah never touched the hazard switch. Mate recons its just a carbon build up being burnt off
