My mates amp has just stopped working and we can't work out why.
Checked all fuses - they r ok - check all terminals on all wires - all ok - batteries fine etc. yet the amp gets no power.
He said he found that the live wire had come loose off the amp - when he checked why it werent working.
iv just hooked one of my amps up and it gets no power either - and i know my amp works fine.
Anybody know what it could be#
Thanks
Jon

double check all connections and use a multimeter to see what is getting through to the amp, check ground also. change the fuse as they can look ok but still be faulty.

Yeah its more than likely the fuse in the engine bay, just change it as visually it may look ok but my have blown under the end caps.
If it still doesnt work, you tried taking a wire from the live of the amp to the remote too to make sure it hasnt blown the remote trigger on the headunit?
