I dont like mornings
my car especially doesnt like mornings!

untill its totally warmed up (halfway up the temp guage) its so jumpy at low revs, almost like im being a twat with the clutch... but im not!

And its got a slight lumpy tickover once it is warm, could it be fouled plugs?
A sensor playing silly fcukers?

Sounds like mine! Its really jumpy when cold but once warmed up its fine. I've got new plugs and leads so thats not the cure.

Its almost like there is too much or too little fuel getting through

could it be a sensor of some kind?
like an air mass thingy?

ive just got this feeling its not the plugs and leads, it would do it all the time if it was surely?

exactly the same with mine, im changing the fuel pump relay cos i know mine is dodgy (supposed to arrive today but now wont be here till monday) Also try the air flow meter and check the ECU for fault codes if you can. AFM is £300 for vaux though, so im gonna chance replacing mine with another 2nd hand one

Take out the cool running thermostat, why do you think you need one in the first place?
I'm with the majority here. CTS cause it won't flash up the ecu light, the ecu just takes what ever CTS signal is as spot on.

Great aren't they!

Donor car it came from had been sat on a drive for about a year, 100k plus on clocks. Bumped it and drove it home without missing a beat.
