on my astra, when i start the car up in the cold i can hear a bubbling water noise which sounds like its from behind the dash, it only does it when i rev the engine not when its idling.

Could it just be the water running through the system or something more serious?

i didnt check the water for a while (stupid i know) and it got a bit low, could that cause an airlock???

If it has gone the it might be air bubbles going around the heater matrix.
