he's gonna go to jail for 7yrs and then get out and not find a job, become homeless, then rob somewhere/someone and lead a life of going back and forth into jail basically

Hes not banned mate, hes just been put back to learner status which means hes got to re-apply for the whole lot again including his provisional

hopefully il get hte same as u mate, i got caught doing 59 in a 30 bout a month ago, haven heard anything from the police. but im out of my first 2 yrs of driving so 6points wil do me in, but not too bad

You only need to inform insurance companys of any convictions in the past 4 years. You have stated the ammount of time the convictions appear on your counterpart licence.

Same thing happened to my mate, he had his license revoked and took his tests again but failed his main test. The examiners looked at him saw he had, had his license taken away and basically couldnt be arsed with it so made up excuses and failed him. They didnt even check his eyesight at the start.

Hes got his license back now because he did a week intensive course.
