Hi, just had a set of 40mm apex srpings delivered and now need to fit them!! got a mate whos willing to do it for me, but looking for a bit of advise on exactly whats involved. He thinks that we will probably need to take the front dampers out to fit the front springs. Any one got a tutorial or step by step guide on how to change springs? im changing springs on a corsa-c.

Thanks
