Has anybody had any problems ordering parts from Performance Vauxhall Developments in Northampton. I have found their service rubbish and nobody wants to sort my problem out.
I ordered and paid £108 for parts in Jan and only after numerous phone calls did they send me one part at the end of March. They have not got the other parts and will not return my money'
I have written to Vicki a Director this week and she has not bothered to ring me nor return my money
Any feedback from anybody else who has had similar problems before I take legal action.
If you are thinking of ordering any parts, I would not bother wasting your money.

Bassically I have ordered from them before and they were fine. Bu this time they have told me lies, wont give me my money back and have been shite. I have given them enough time..........

PVD have lied to me when ive ordered stuff before and rang about it, seem to contradict themselves all the time. Took over 3months to complete my one order!!! never order from them again

They seem to make numerous cock ups and then lie about to cover it up.

Taking orders etc and money but not placing the order with the supplier.

I've heard of 3 people who have contacted the supplier themselves only to be told no orders have been placed by PVD.

I have heard that they have credit and cash flow problems but i dont know how true that is.

asl white flash.........longest EVER wait for a set of alloys and then the longest EVER wait for a refund. Myself and many of my mates don't use them anymore. I'd rather buy on ebay.

Their is a certain company slightly worse than PVD mate, who owe me about £400, and owe certain members of this website thousands. I'm not going to reveal who they are, but if you want to know because you are worried you are about to order from them U2U me

Muppets mate, true muppets..

Myself, S1MON and Arnie all ordered hubs n shafts from them and it took.. 10weeks to come in

Arnie kept phoning them, and they were as much help as a dead muppet

all they ever said was

"I'll take your number and get back to you today"

They must have had our numbers about 15 times.. Each time we seemed to get through to the wrong department.. Then were transfered to another wrong department.. then usually they just hung up..
