my computer monitor has gone irritatingly flickery. Hurts my eyes to look at. Anybody know what this could be?

its not a realyl bad flickering. Just a constand fuzziness. Feels like im drunk!

I know this sounds stupid but if you have a fan by you turn it off and see if that sorts it. It sorted mine today
