how bad was it, mine got a rear stub axle bent and the hubs knackered and bottom arm, gettin done this week,

i dunno, but this pikey just drove into the rear left corner of my car, dented the bumper and actually bumped my wheel, it was like /--- so i needed new rear axel and stub axel? cost loads and when i get it back it doesnt feel the same, steering still veers to one side dunno if it has anything to do with the rear damage tho

Sorry to see that's happened mate, all them plans and stuff

I think in your case it would be best if its written off and you can keep some of the modded parts (boot, bumpers, wheels)

Also, if the cost of repair is nearly the cost of teh car you can argue whether its written off or not (there is a percentage that the cost of the repair will be in conjunction with the cost of value of the car)

I'd say that'll cost alot to repair insurance wise, 3kish.

I think the damage looks worse than it is. The quarter panel will more than likely be cut off and replaced. Looks like a bent axle, again not terribly big job to fix. Possible suspension and brake damage, cant tell from pics obviously.Obviously you will need a new wheel and tyre. Its not so bad mate, i really doubt your facing a write off and if they did write it off i think it would be a disgrace and it would simply because insurance companies arent a fan of fixing modified cars. Looking at the car on awhole, there is very little body damage thankfully. Could have been worse if she cought you dead in the middle of the car ie the "B" Pillar, door and quarter panel.
Least your ok mate, thats the main thing.

agree with the above tbh, plenty of peeps on here will help you out with second hand parts like an axle, drums etc and if u dont wanna pay bodyshop prices on the rear panel go to an engineering fabrication shop will be half the price and they will weld and fit it, just need blending and painting

sorry to hear your news tho m8 hope your ok

If you are going through the insurance inform the Police ASAP. OK they might not end up helping much BUT there is nothing stopping the other person getting there first with some cock and bull story.

Did they said it was thier fault when you got the address etc.

Don't feel a fool for not getting more details, even the smallest crash can shake you up the first time and i did exactly the same as you did when i had a small knock.

She better get the blame for this!1 Its clearly her fault.
