Not the point but looking at it realistically for £40 it just aint worth it! Court, criminal proceedings for £40?!?!? I'd just leave it and get on with life. There are plenty of tw4ts out there looking to rob cash of ppl. £40 causing all this upset/anger etc it just aint worth getting in such a fuss about.

And I dont see how I'm taking the piss Ally? I have sent the cheque twice, and when Adam has said it didnt arrive I have to pay out to cancel the cheque.

So in effect its costing me £60 or so.
