you can't blame him for getting pissed off, you have had plenty of time to refund him .

I think you should send him a postal order joe, then u have the slips to say u sent it, also double check on adams address as you could be sending money to the wrong address just a thought

Adam he posted the suposed 2nd cheque I witnessed this. JR and other locoal people will tell you Joe aint a person to muck people about as some people have mentioned in this post earlier, He just had a lot on his plate recently. And i do understand how frustrating it must of been for you. Hopefully it'll all be sorted

If you have his address there, ring Directory Enquiries and get his phone number......speak to his mum, and say you're not far from reporting him to the police for theft.

Should give him the kick he requires to actually give you your money back...

i can understand maybe forgetting once or one cheque getting lost but two is just a bit much!! Cant bitch to much without knowing the full story tho but i can understand you getting a little pissed off
