hes still not paid me what he owes me and keeps saying his mum has to pay.
he cant see his mum coz she lives 30 mins away and he has no car
he said he is finishing work early today to sort it, he hasnt been on today?

been nearly 2 months? and i really need my money now.

what do you all advise?

i sent him a cheque he had time to cash it but send the goods
i under stand he crashed his car and has had problems at home
but.
ive had major surgery and been in hospital and now recovering and no lights, so asked for my money back he said yes
but no money has arrived.

i dont know i have his adress
but as im recovering i cant go anywhere far for another 3 weeks
and chances are if someone did go meet him it wouldnt do any good

I'm aware of the problem, Joe himself has promised to act but has not as yet. I don't really want to ban as this will remove one line of communication between Joe and Adam.

I don't know if we have a home address, I can chase up via ISP if required. Its technically theft so I suppose its a criminal matter if its not resolved soon. I'm sure the police will act if I advise.

Joe - if you're reading this - sort something please?

hmmm is a tough one to call, honestly wouldn't know...

I know when you sent me that cheque for some bits & I was a bit 'late' delivering sending the stuff, but I sent what you wanted & a few extra bits & your cheque back as a 'my bad'...

Maybe try be cheeky & say gime lights & money back

but doubt would work...

right i did send a cheque last monday which adam i s aware of.

strange how he failed to mention it.

he says it hasnt arrived so had to wait to find out whether it had been cashed 1st before sendin another.
