What a nice christmas present ay. My car is not starting properly, you have to put your foot on the gas to start it and when its running its only idling at about 100 maybe 200 revs, it also chugs and clicks its not my idle control valve because it was fine a few days ago. Any ideas much appreciated. Merry crimbo.

Disconnect your battery (reset the ECU), then connect up again and see what happens... you may have to sit with your foot on the gas to set the idle at about 800 to 1000rpm.

hopefully it'll be fine then.

do you have a induction kit, i has the 1.0 12v envoy and i been told its to do with the induction kit. Vauxhall said they can alter the idleing for £25 cause it has to be linked to the computers and they said that will fix the problem
