I have no money in my paypal acount at the moment, is it true that if I want to add funds to the acount it may take upto 7 days? If so, does this mean that I cannot make any purchases until then? thanks in advance.

no just buy something and it will come out of your bank account, money doesnt need to be in the paypal account...

depends if you have bank funding or debit card. bank funding takes ages debit card is instant

What about taking payments from paypal back to your bank account? If I set the funding to debit card will the money be in my account straight away? Thanks
