If so I have a slight dilemma where i've been removed from my text anytime tarriff after ONE day.
Never had this problem in the 4-5 years, so phone o2 and there is nothing they can do (its a menu system)

They fucked up my mates order the other day aswell, he ordered two seperate contracts, one for him, one for gf, can't remember how much a month, think it was £30?, so he said he wanted two £30 contracts, and £120 cam out this month

check the dates of the contract the first bill isnt usually for 1 months line rental its usually for 2 months service.
