what do i need to do to make my corsa sport produce 100+ BHP, without an engine swap, what mods do i need to do thanks

inlet mate, either a Dbilas, Mantzel (Veltman) or Lexmaul

Inlet manifold, exhaust system including manifold, panel filter.

That'll do you for 100-105bhp.

surely cheaper just to buy a standard 1.6?

obviously dependant upon insurance though

A C16 head isn't gasflowed as such. It's just a standard head.

dont have cash for another month i recon , just bought dbilas inlet and dbilas induction kit lol. dont really know if the induction kit will do anything but looks cool
