do you drill above the filter or below the filter? ive got my standard airbox lying around so going to drill it and see wat sounds better the drilled airbox or the induction kit. lol

Lol below the filter on the lower left theres like a section bonded to the airbox i just knocked the whole thing off and now i've got a really deep sound eminating whenever i put my foot down

if there are holes under the filter and unfiltered air is getting in then isnt this a bad point? dirt getting in the engine?

No because the holes are at the bottom and side and the air is sucked thru the filter,filtering the air and shit out of it.

it's probably best to get a second airbox and experiment!

As long as no holes are above the filter, there should be no problem.
